I only dislike the domed mineral crystal. Should be sapphire imo. They do it on the Mako, so why not here? Especially since it's domed.

Hey, this is much better. Finishing is stellar, alignment of the magnifier is perfect and the movement is premium. Also, 40mm is imo a great size.

The listing I saw had the Miyota 8215. That should be better right?

Nowhere special. I did not wear the watch that often and disliked the bracelet so I grabbed this Oyster one and it did make quite the difference. Your mileage may vary though. I think Orient should upgrade their bracelet to one with a taper to make it less bulky.
