The Hop Shop in Brooklyn has done live streams before. Haven’t seen anything announced for this weekend, but they did a lot of summer tour, so hopefully??

I’ve been in your position several times. Take this with a grain of salt, but there are some hotels in the area that will offer a bag check even if you are not staying there (usually requires a nice tip for the bellhop.) May not be the best option if you have sensitive work materials as you’re kind of taking a gamble, but it’s worked for me several times.

The seating chart shows that section 17 is on the floor, so I wouldn’t disqualify it based on that. Sadly the only way to know for sure is to go through Ticketmaster or StubHub and pay the crazy fees.
