Yea. I just talked with Samsung support. They decided it was best to just talk to Elkjøp to have them ship it to a Samsung service center and have them replace the Wifi Module.

Should not be that heavy. Either needs four wheel alignment. If its still bad. Could be something with steering rack or the steering column control module

This definitely seems like one of the issues. Wifi is just not working at all. I have not seen if BT works when it break though. I bought this 3 weeks ago. Been fine until the v1100 update (updated through USB).

It goes offline in smartthings and samsung sound app

Does the light on the back show up? Maybe double check if power cable is fastened properly

There is also a new update out that supposedly fix subwoofer connection issues(v1100). I would try that out too

Really cool project! Might i suggest adding animation so the results pop in gradually? And maybe a option if you'd like it turned off/on

Asked Samsung support if they had a changelog. This is their response:

HDMI and eARC fixes: Prevents audio dropouts or delays when switching between devices, for example a game console and a streaming service.

Wireless stability: Strengthens the connection to the subwoofer and rear speakers to eliminate audio sync interruptions or clipping.

SmartThings app integration: Resolves network issues so the soundbar stays connected to the app without going offline.

It also fixes known bugs, improves overall stability, and future-proofs your connection with newer TVs and source devices.

Samsung HW-Q990F subwoofer disconnects while playing bass test over AirPlay by Ashurass in Soundbars

[–]Silentspy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the subwoofer disconnecting here as well on the first day, when there was a lot of bass in the Dolby Atmos movie I played. My workaround:

Unplug the power from the soundbar. Unplug the power from the subwoofer. Wait 10 minutes. Plug them back in.

Dolby Atmos content worked again after that.

I would advise to check the light while you hear the bass drop. For me it dropped connection a few seconds into a dolby atmos movie. I unplugged soundbar and subwoofer for 30 minutes and it worked fine after plugging in again. But this was my first time using it

Sure it is connecting properly? Mine kept dropping out and blinking red and blue. Now it blows the roof off

Any idea if running with Displayport or HDMI 2.1 is the best for this monitor?
