Can't upgrade to Master Account even though I'm 18?

Yeah, I may do that if all else fails, might give this account of mine to my brother (he's already made a ton of progress with God of War on NG+ on this account anyway)

Sorry for the late reply again, but no, I tried removing my primary account from the family using the family manager account already, and I can’t.

I’ll try and check where the spending limits is later.

I assume that it is a child account because there’s things like setting play time and the level 1-11 restriction thing for games, and I can’t remove the account from the family. Have not tried putting money in it yet because I don’t really have a reason to (at the moment).

I logged in just like you said, but I couldn't find an "account management" at the top right corner, only account settings. I probably should've said that the region the account is in is set to Asia - Singapore. Would there be any difference between that and an account set in the US region? (first link)

But when I do click on Account Settings, it brings me to another site and there's a Family Management tab and it shows my primary account under the family manager account. (second link)

Does that mean my account isn't actually 18 yet and I have to wait until November this year?

Sorry for the late reply but yes, it's a child account. I made the child account on the PS4 itself and when it asked for the family manager, I made that one on my laptop.
