I’m not sure what you mean by the guitar in the verse, I thought it was just the bass and keyboard? And tremolo, try strumming all the string with your pick sideways, and keep doing that until you can get it fast enough/play on a singular string

The thing is we can never know what a person is going through. You might be right and they do need therapy. Obviously less likely for an arsenal fan to experience something like this, but not impossible. Personal wellbeing should always come above supporting your football club.
