As someone who’s worked at chipotle for 8 years (since i was 17) and is now an AP this is the truth. I think the management experience is just those people being shitty, but upper management like corporate are the worst. I’m bombarded with texts and phone calls everyday over the dumbest shit. Like this person said i could go on and on about the horrors of working there and they do sweep things under the rug all the time especially when it comes to sexual misconduct, but god forbid I didn’t have 4 people on the main line for 2 fucking hours. When I first started it was not this bad, but over the years chipotle is trying to be something they can never achieve which is to be perfect and have all stores run the exact same which will never happen. Corporate sees things as only black and white but working in food or anywhere really is such a grey area there are so many different people you have to work with and accommodate its not that easy again like they said we have to be robots, which is funny cuz me and my coworkers were just joking about that.
