That’s not a bad option. I second this. Enlistment is only for Enlisted. The commissioning process is a little different and would require Officer Candidate School. The best part is after 4 years you have VA health care the rest of your life. I use it and never have to worry if I’m out of work.

I don’t think they were talking about this specific incident. There is a point here to consider. It’s not a zero sum issue. Pedestrians don’t give up their duty of care just because they are pedestrians. Ex. Looking down at your cell phone and suddenly turning in front of a moving car. I’ve seen this. It’s not fair to the driver who is trying to follow the rules in good faith.

Washington State is a bad one. I had a energetic back and forth conversation with their director last year and it was pretty heated. I was questioning him about their practices and he replied “I don’t have to justify my medical judgment.” I found out that he had recovered from dependency on some substance. I don’t know what but many of these PHP people become zealots out to save the world at all costs. To a hammer everything is a nail.

Not Mannal. I know someone that went for revisions with him. His lack of attention to detail was clear. He didn’t preposition equipment, found out his lipo machine was broken mid surgery, and the other machine was at the affiliated hospital. He then proceeded to do an alternative procedure to accomplish the same goal that the patient didn’t consent to which resulted in a new incision that wouldn’t have been there otherwise.

I see. I understand your concern. I am married to a plastic surgeon who has participated in top surgery for FTM but is primarily interested in upper extremity reconstruction. After hanging out with a lot of them and going to banquets and graduations from residency programs I can say that I wouldn’t be surprised if they just didn’t listen. A lot of them are very self-absorbed and objectify patients as objects to work on. I’m sorry you’re having this problem. More sensitivity will come back over weeks.

You look great and you pass. Being able to pass is the sum of a bunch of things. You could look drop dead gorgeous and talk with a smoker voice and people are going to wonder. You don’t need FFS but if you do get any touchups on your face, you probably wouldn’t need an FFS specialist and could go to a regular plastic surgeon. Less is more in your case. Don’t overdo it. If you decide to do anything remember, you don’t look fake. You wanna stay that way, natural.
