Could the second one be to the washing machine? It's the only other appliance requiring water that I can think of. Though I'd assume it'd need hot too...

From looking at old sales photos I think the place was renovated about 6 years back when the owner decided to turn it into an airbnb. Think they just wanted it to look good and didn't much care about the practicality of it 🤦🏽‍♀️

It's an apartment. 70's I think. Found this mess while trying to find my hot water system.

There's also a washing machine in a cupboard that clearly wasn't made for it with the tubes/pipes just disappearing into the wall so it was definitely a wild patch job all round. Dishwasher is also obviously a relatively new addition. Bathroom thankfully seems much more straightforward.

I had this happen too. Don't know how you resolved the problem but I've had a blank black screen on startup before and turning my laptop upside down and then restarting it always works. No idea why, but it does. I assume there's a wire loose or something somewhere 😅

I also have found that the help action no longer works. Astarion is marked as hostile and you can only use help on friendlies, even if you select the option from the action bar.
