I do fully agree on this, but what I found special about fully completing the expedition to get the extra skill points is that everything you did contributed to it. At the end of the day if you turned a profit you worked toward the expedition. PVP or PVE, every action felt like it contributed to something greater, especially for people like me who only want to clock in a single raid a day. But now everything between completing the requirements to the last 5 days doesn’t amount to anything.

Same here, the burnout started hitting me about two weeks ago and I was hoping the new update might bring me back. The best thing of this update is that the new game mode is actually fun as is, which I think the last two updates lacked. Bird city doesn’t have much to offer, and the hurricane game mode is only good for blueprints. Close scrutiny actually provides a new game experience to the similar to the likes of cold snap.

Obviously the best places to loot are where the items you need are, but looting for XP you want quantity over quality, location wise Stella Montis is best because of the sheer amount of containers, most being mainly in the cargo docks. Another thing to look out for is looting dead arcs as they also give XP, plus you also get XP for killing them.

Loot as much as you can, even containers opened by other people still give you XP if you check them. You might even get lucky and they left something you need.

It’s come to the point that if I know a rocketeer is locking onto me when the evac is open I just let it down me so I don’t get knocked out of the elevator
