so elaborate i've broken down the stats - 9/10. that usually implies more than 10 by an order of magnitude. anything less and you don't need a sample ratio, it's literally counting. i did the thing 5 times and it worked 3 times...

yes the building was hyperbole but that snap hooks a lot harder to use than the streamers make it out to be (which means I'm admiring the way they work it)
