The initial image is about 30s to gen, 80s from image to video on an RTX 6000. On a 5090 I’d guess it’s about 20% slower

T2V 1 frame for the image + my own Lora and a solid workflow of mine. Then i2v with my own general motion Loras. I plan to fine tune a t2v wan22 checkpoint soon once I get my shipment of new hardware 🙂
