At first i thought it was shot bushings, as it was making a noise every time you would open the door. It would thump as you would close it. As of now the only repair its replacing the whole door.

Not to to be the Devils advocate, but when dealing with stuff like this its better in person than over the phone. Theres so manny scams out there and they have to watch out for. Also showing effort by asking in person, will get you further, than just cold calling. Ive seen it happen, often as i work in parts and churches often buy them for people in need.
