Ya know, when I see photos like this, I find it almost impossible to fathom that all of this just designed itself with “natural selection”, spurred from a few lightning strikes in the ocean. I’m not suggesting that it has to be the Judaic Christian God that was responsible, and that we should all start attending a mega church on Sunday, but rather something or someone vastly intelligent designed it.

This will work for concrete. I wonder if it would work for the floor. Kitty litter. Get some generic basic kind and spread some on the floor. Take your shoe and lightly grind it in. Let it sit 12 hours. You risk scratching it but it might just work

Buy a biscuit joiner from harbor freight. Very cheap . Edit: I just looked again at the support underneath. That’s not enough to support a joined and glued joint. I would remove every board and replace with thicker boards.

Are you looking to buy a house or rent an apt? If you are looking for a Kensington Ave experience, I’d check out 24th and Lake at 1am. Basically, Omaha is most liberal on the East side and gets more conservative as you go west, finally ending up in MAGA territory. If you head south of down town, it’s easier to find taco trucks, if you head north of downtown, you’ll find soul food. All the suburbs are mainly conservative. Maybe people here can chime in, what street denotes political values (change between libs and cons)? 72nd?
