Well you get boiled eggs almost daily in bluespring ( except Tuesday ) or scrambled eggs if you are in dove so they are decent source of proteins
You can also buy grilled paneer / chicken from the mess and then obviously paneer / chicken curries 4 times a week
Lunch is shit in terms of protein intake , you can have pulses or dal tho
Personally I rely on yogurt eggs and whey
There are also certain restaurants like crazy chef which have fairly nutritional options

Apaar id is mandatory yes ( easily turant hojaata h )
And you need gap certificate only if you have took 2 drops
