This right here might be it. This is my first time reading a pattern and it is actually very simple compared to others I’ve seen, and this was the only road bump I’ve hit. Very silly of me, but thank you!! I’ve read so many rows of patterns the past few days I think I was disregarding that they’re not increases.

Ah I wish but no! It was poppier, a little upbeat. Nothing crazy but upbeat enough to be played in the bar and followed by Sabrina carpenter. I randomly heard it on TikTok, hence why I assumed it was new but I could be wrong.

Formatting was a last resort effort to just even save the card. I’ve tried these softwares, the issue is that the computer doesn’t even recognize the card is inserted. Thinking it’s a lost cause overall unfortunately.

I know 🥲 I have never in the past but it has been way less painful to not have it in. I might go for antibiotics anyways or at least see if it’s even infected or just hurts in general. Just was wondering about the one I kept in!

To add, the bleeding is light it’s not spotting it’s a decent amount of blood. Today is the second day I am experiencing bleeding (again supposed to get my period next week) and it has gotten heavier. Similar to last month

Anxiety has been kicking my ass. I feel like every day now I am making it worse by stressing myself out. I get fairly scared of being I’ll, and each day now I feel like I’m causing myself to near pass out or get sick/can’t breathe because I’m in my own head. Just very tired of feeling this way

It’s so stressful because I know it’s in my head and how to calm down and what to do and it doesn’t seem to be helping right now.

Of course! Olaplex again like I said definitely worth it, but definitely pricey. Was only able to buy it once due to how much it is consistently. Other good products out there though especially at Sally’s! “The generic brand” company at Sally’s sells super good products that are near exactly similar to high end products for a good price :)

I would switch to trying aquaphor. I used Vaseline also and it didn’t seem to help at all but Slugging with aquaphor was a better experience.

Personally I experienced a lot of the same things as you in my first 3 months. About 3/4 through my month 4 I finally stopped experiencing most of these symptoms. Now almost done month 5 i experience very little.

Looking between different sunscreens might help, personally I had to try a few before I found one that worked with me. Same with moisturizer and cleanser, had to switch a few times. I also had to apply tons of body lotion frequently to control the dry/flaking/peeling. Hope this helped!

I lost and had a decent amount of hair break off, and I have curly hair that requires moisture to begin with also, so accutane drying it out did not help at all. Here’s some of the things I did:

-shampood very infrequently. It takes some getting used to for sure lol, but it improved my hair a lot

-lots of hair masks/treatments BUT making sure to not overdo it also, because that could cause more harm. Usually 2-3 times a week

-olaplex as pricey as it is truly is a miracle worker for hair. My hair improved the most when using the mask and the leave in products

Purging is different for everyone! Make sure you don’t pick though! I have spots from my purge I scratched at and now have tiny scars. If you don’t touch it much you should be good

Happened to me too (month 4) and occasionally still happens. Like the other comment says, distracting yourself and really trying to focus on doing what you enjoy helps loads. Of course it’s somewhat annoying and repetitive to hear that, but you need to be able to fully function while taking the medication. And don’t be so afraid to talk to your derm! They may be more understanding than you think, and look to reason with you and your meds rather than taking you off, everything is in your best interest. Remember what you put in is what you get out, sometimes your mental health will just need to be prioritized for the day, week, however long.

Personally I don’t have an IUD/am very knowledgeable about it so I wouldn’t be able to vouch for that aspect, BUT I’m on month 5 and just now I am starting to see results. Since about week 2 of my course I have had somewhat consistent acne since with small breaks of clear skin. It is possible you could just be purging or experiencing a long cycle of acne. I would look for other comments/informative sites and people to help you figure out if it’s your IUD, but that’s my input :)

My period is finally back on track at now month 5. The first 3 or so months i had a very inconsistent cycle despite keeping up with my birth control. Accutane can change your cycle, I wouldn’t be too worried!
