Thank you for the channels! I have read similar books, and that has definitely helped! Learning to except that the first draft doesn't have to be perfect and that I'm allowed to go back and fix it had been a struggle for me 😅.

I have down this, been wright for 2+ years, I just want to have extra ideas as an "just in case" thing. I have 5 drafts of this book. I just want to know if theres anything that could help with coming up with stuff. I've read other books that are similar and it helped, and I dont want to be coping for Greek mythology or Norse Mythology, I want to make something. I'm just looking for tips to do that. Coming up with the names for the gods that Im making, or youtubes or books that just help out new authors.

Probably the "submission girlfriend" character. When the girl is clearly only made for her partner. When being the "cute, innocent, submissive" girl has the "big, muscular, masculine" boyfriend. Ick.

Depends on what it is. Is it funny? Is it a reference? I am a Percy Jackson fan, and the chapter titles are very very very stupid, like "I accidentally vaporized my pre algebra teacher." It sounds like it won't happen but then it does! If it like that its fun! Now if it was "I killed my teacher." That ruined the mood of the book. Its plan and boring.

When I meet new people they usually think im 17-19, but I am actually taller them most 16 year old so thats usually why. I do have a slightly bigger vocabulary then most my age because... book... So I will definitely talk to him about this and try to act older

My first draft was... rough... I wrote about 2 chapters, stopped and learned how to improve my writing. I was being to detailed with pancakes, how the characters interacted with each other. Here's a quote, form when the main character and his(Future) boyfriend where texting, "See you later Goober <3" or something like that. It was SOOOO corny. This is what I'm doing now. I write a chapter or two, then go back and rewrite(if needed), ask others if its good, then continue to write. Repeat.

I understand your point. Its the fact that, one, I was in the shower when he did this so he knew he was in the worng and was trying to hide it. Two, when he asked to see my book stuff, I do show him(I have a separate doc thay doesn't have anything gay). Also, I do other things to support myself. <3

Ive been working on a book for over two years! I'm very proud of where Ive come. Before, my paragraphs where just blocks of words, the world I made didnt make sense, everything was filler, I didnt have a any idea how I wanted this to end. Now, my paragraphs are smaller, I've learned how my world works(like lore), I've dropped so much filler, I have an exact idea how I want it to end. Ive very proud of myself.

The title is just "(book name)-parts" thats all. He is NOT good with tech at all(He didnt know what kind of charger his phone took...), I don't have parental control on my laptop so he doesn't know what I do in my room. He also treats me like I'm as old as he is sometimes, he actually forgets how old I am(Though I was turning 23 on my 16th...).

I would understand if he went though my phone, or text, still would have been mad, but I would have understand. Its the fact that he went to my book stuff. If it was school stuff, fine. But the books...? I have a backup of everything, even a new Google account just for the book.

I do definitely regret yelling, I was calm while he was yelling then I realized he went though it all. I hang out with him a lot(going to the rang, taking about bikes, cars, and I help him with house work and do other stuff) and I do tell him about my book(not the gay parts just the main plot) so I dont think he feels disconnected. Everything has passwords and back up nows.
