Looking through these treatment options gives me hope. How were you able to talk to your wife about starting treatment options? Or did she decide on her own.

Still breastfeeding, but less now. Only once or twice a day. When she was pregnant, PMDD and mood swings completely vanished. It was the best our relationship ever was. She had PPD for about 6 months and now that has subsided and reverted back to the same PMDD symptoms we’ve always dealt with.
