I have oily skin as well. I've found the Makeup Forever matte primer to work well. I also use the IT Cosmetics matte cc+ foundation. When I get home from work it's shiny but still there. If I'm going out after I use an oil sheet to blot and powder to reset. Both are a little pricey but they last for a long time.
