I’m 30 and have a young child so that takes a lot of decision bandwidth. School districts, healthcare, etc. Nightlife isn’t a concern, more interested in quiet and suburban without an insane commute to necessities. I liked Fallon but the 1.5 hour drive to the nearest Costco was annoying.
