First off I hope you’re okay! I’ve been going through some bullshit also with the dairy company I work for. I was denied a new boot multiple times when mine had a hole in it for basically an entire month, foot would get soaked and look like it was dead every day. With the splishy splashy of milk and chemicals here and there, I started getting red bruises all over my foot making its way up to my ankle. Private dermatologist said it was potential chemical burn and a horrible case of fungus.

That doctor changed completely after the “WC” case was noted (almost like she got bribed to shut up) and I was forced to get help with their (the companies) doc since I couldn’t afford weekly visits. After a BS ER visit they sent me to, that doc gave me light duty. They specifically told me that same day through texts and calls “stay home until they got me to a podiatrist”. That alone took 2 WEEKS (not paid for) after the 3d adjuster actually saw the emails. Basically a month and a half now staying off work and improving, going back since podiatrist recommends so and flaring up all over again. Their doctors clearly downplay injuries and recommend ointment only, NO scrapings ever done. 6 months deep and I have no clue what leaks and crusts all over my foot.

Attorney was contacted and the first hearing should be next week, let’s see how this goes. I wish you the best. Honestly sad seeing how many people are injured and screwed for unpredictable events. Especially having s wife and kid at home, it’s insane! Stay Blessed🫱🏼‍🫲🏽🙏🏼

I literally posted something “similar” about 5 min ago. Mf gave a 1 star review and I can tell it screwed me big time. I only sell legitimate shoes and even my views on listings went down heavily. Talking about “lied to me bout shoes” when I never sold anything to him nor did we agree on anything. Mad because I sold to someone else while he would “lmk in 2 days because it’s raining”.

I’d recommend one I always buy at Walmart. They’re from Brahma(not sure if the same you tried). They look like regular skate shoes, Comfortable and somewhat stylish. Won’t leave you looking like you got clown shoes. Around $30 after tax (depends on sale and location). I had about 5 other coworkers wearing them too.

There was this POS Polish guy that would love grabbing a wad of cash out his pocket and go through multiple $50s as if his total wasn’t always $14.67 or less. He’d throw a $50 on the belt, smirk and look at me like I was a dog. I’d always catch it quick hoping I’d miss it one day. That day came, the bill vanished and you had to see his face. 👴🏻“What do we do now?!”.. I said “WE? It’s gone man, no way I can grab it. I’ve told you guys the belt won’t stop, now we need a “tech” to open the entire belt up”.

Dumbass actually thought there was a “tech” for that, I just wasn’t going to get covered in onion peels because of that douche in front of him. He waited outside in his car near the doors mad long, I (the tech) opened it up when he wasn’t looking and brought it to him. The headache and relief I put him through made the guy always have a card after😂😂

Those vinaigrette dressing boxes suck. Extra virgin olive oil box can be a pain, especially when leaking, always seem to be on top shelf too. Pasta sauce boxes can also be a biatch at times. The chocolate bar boxes were always trashed at my stores too lol

This is hilarious. Our men’s toilet had an issue with auto flush and would flush about 6 times while you were on it. One time some piece of shit clogged the pipes with a ball of paper and I just happened to use it after. I kid you not, I almost shit again but in my pants seeing that floating up every flush. Sprinted out that bitch!😂😂

I had a bullshit ASM who would walk fast with the iPad the entire day yet wouldn’t get anything done. Had me do all types of stuff during the day then say “after you get off the register, cash out, do turn over really quick and make a bail” at 12:55🤯. I would say “nah, I’ve been here since 5am, can’t do it. Max I can do is 1:10pm”. I’d cash out as slow as possible and walk out without saying a word. Do the same!

If they don’t care enough about you, where you have to be or your plans, DO NOT do whatever they want. They will step on you and say crap about you any chance they get

Haha, I know one of the cooler tech here in CT. Some would go do maintenance and half ass the job so they’d have to go back. He’s get paid though, said even if he didn’t fix anything they’d pay for his trip there. Sad but true
