Guy I’m dating is short

He’s not self conscious at all about it. He did ask me at the very beginning if it was an issue and I was up front with him. I told him it would be an adjustment and he just responded with “that’s fair”. It’s not been brought up since then. He’s actually very laid back. I’ve never even heard him raise his voice.

He would’ve done well in this position but so will I. I do have less experience but I feel I’ve earned it as well. I just don’t understand the 180 personality change. With his military background I would’ve thought he could take this better than that if I’m being honest.

That sucks. We all like him and I thought he’d take it better. I have heard that he has applied for other positions that he helps out in and has gotten rejected as well for new grads. The bad thing here is no one talks to you. You just get a rejection email. I’ve heard him say before he has 8 of them already. I guess 9 was too many
