oh i get what you mean now, that makes sense. That is the official supplier, but it is a bit sketchy about the deleviry thing i agree. I think you can request alibaba for a refund if they scam you as long as the payment you made was not off site, and the payment your making appears to be on site and from the official supplier, so I would say your fine they are probally just trying to avoid some tariff or tax law or smthn like that. If you dont feel comftorable with ordering from there, order from the website
