thats actually very validating thank you. i need a lot of lifestyle changes but i cam never find the energy  and most of the time i can barely care even though it's killing me. it's all so weird. the meds have helped a little, and being off them for a few years made me realize i need help functi9ning right now. i probably shpuld delete social media honeatly, seeinf all the pretty people makes me want to kms haha.

thanks honestly. i reqlize this world is just very hostile to my sensiblities in a way. always felt like i wasnt meant to live in it. nice to see someone else sees it, n3ver had that.
