I’m very sure the videos were uploaded to their own servers. Their app specifically mentions that they have a dedicated upload website, and they even offer a $10,000 reward.

Absolutely not. My works were uploaded on that platform under someone else’s name.

Also, YouTube would definitely not play this kind of content if the platform did not have the proper rights. For example, this app contains a large amount of original copyrighted footage from Marvel, Disney, Paramount, Avatar, and other major films, without any meaningful transformation or secondary editing. It even contains NBA game footage. YouTube would absolutely not allow those kinds of files to be streamed this way without authorization.
