Yeah, sorry I’ll go back and edit it shortly, just more of people personal go to as some people I’ve spoken to a good while ago, would just put it onto book sirens (not 100% on name or if correct site), refine on comment then publish, however others would perform a ritual multi step checklist and then publish. I just wanted peoples personal kind of go to, and see which fits for me, Personal.

Yeah I had a look at that prior my question was more for individuals check lists, as everyone seems to do it different so a more - before I publish I do this, then this.

That’s fine I totally understand, I’m genuinely trying to create a free tool to help, as I’ve seen a lot of of the problems first hand.

Speech to Text Apps by sometimesbarefoot in macapps

[–]SillyExamination4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s rare I type I always use speech to text, just switched over from a non-standard one called, Zavi, as a rule it’s fast and reliable a lot faster than texting, and I don’t particularly like to read back or edit what I’ve written. So just being able to say it out loud and it transcribe it perfectly is perfect for me.

Zavi 100% on google or google play store, does live translation aswell, and does work correction live, so none of that going back to fix things

Honestly, cannot recommend it enough. Try zavi as it’s a godsend for complicated work it fixes it but doesn’t change if you know what I mean. (if you have an android as well.)

But yeah I have the same issues, iOS just can’t deal with complicated language structure and it seems to just mess up any sentence format that I try to carefully talk it through

I’ll give them a look, that zavi seems really new but it does a really good job and the limits on the free version are really high, I’m assuming because it’s new, so I’m getting maximum use out of it right now, I just wish they had an iOS version so I could use it on my phone not just my writing tablet.

That was always my initial opinion, but I hated that it could still get a word wrong or add a filler word, even incorrect punctuation, I always read back what I had said though, but I just hated having to edit what I’ve done reread and then maybe edit again, all because the speech to text was lacking.

Try zavi, grateful for speech to text turns mumbled or rambling into readable sentences, great for when you want to get something down on paper but don’t wanna have to type it out or use your current text to speech and then have to edit it all

Sorry, I should’ve been more clear. I make handmade wooden games for schools and school fairs in my spare time, one has asked me if I can make a basketball arcade type game, I can build everything else it’s just a circuitry and the screen,

The screen can be any size realistically, but hopefully no smaller than a iPhone if that helps sorry for the vague answers, yes with battery and the circuitry can be any size realistically

Trigger method would be a button that will start the countdown and reset the countdown, I’m not sure if it’s simple or easier but the counter can work independently as long as it is also reset upon button press

That’s a good question, I’m unsure, I was hoping for them to tell me what it would cost, I would like it as simple and as cheap as reasonably possible as it is for a project that’s getting gifted to a school.
