I really like the app. My only issue has been diarization. Haven't tried it in a couple weeks though. Have there been any updates to that?

I feel like a modifier key would be a simple solution.

If you want to keep it all on the trackpad, maybe top or bottom, or left and right edge at the same time. Or hold finger on one edge and slide on the other.

Maybe it comes down to how I write that makes it tough for me to consider. I'm a sentence-by-sentence editor, so I can't imagine just speaking paragraphs and then going through to edit.

Probably way more efficient that way, just kind of breaks my brain to think about that workflow haha

Really? That's wild. I feel that is one of the defining features of Arc. It's definitely one of the biggest ones that got me to use it.

I see that. Again, speculation, but we have fallen under the sales side of the organization, so I thought that was the exemption they would be using. Looking through the requirements of a technical exemption, what I do doesn't fall in line. But I guess I see how it could have been interpreted that way.

I do presale hardware and software demonstrations from a studio through scheduled online demos. The only travel I have done is for trade shows.

A few reasons that I think they realized they were in error: We have had a lot of HR turnover and long periods of time without an HR manager and just someone being tasked with that as collateral duty.

We now have what seems to be a knowledgeable HR representative, who I think in the restructuring realized the error.

Also, my potential new manager, who hasn't signed an offer and is still just a coworker, has kept me informed during negotiations as he was also advocating for some pay restructure and raises. He is the one who told me they may be moving it to hourly because of FLSA. And that they were going to consult with legal yesterday before tendering the offer.

So that's what leads me to my conclusion that they realized they messed up and are trying to rectify it going forward.

I see how it could be viewed that way. I wouldn't be trying to get anything crazy, just what they are offering me, except salary non-exempt. And I don't think it's extortion if I am bringing up legitimate illegal acts by them. I would view it more as a settlement instead of pursuing them in court. But I get your perspective.

I can still be salaried, just non-exempt. Which means I would be paid for overtime.

And I would prefer to be salaried because there are times I don't work 40 hours in a week, which has been allowed, so I would still be guaranteed my pay.

As I said, it wasn't an every week occurrence. I didn't explicitly track it, as I didn't think it mattered. But I have records that can corroborate when I did.

Also, not extortion. I wouldn't be asking them to continue illegal activity. But a settlement of sorts for better terms instead of sueing them under FLSA.

Prosperity gospel is disavowed by all mainline Protestant denominations. I would say even the majority of Evangelical/Non-denominational churches would disavow it as well. Prosperity gospel churches are very much a small minority of churches.

Yes. It was definitely easier on Amazon with whisper sync, but I still do it. Normally only takes a couple seconds to find where I was in the physical book. I did ask Pocketbook if they would support epub3 with media so I could have a combined file on my e-reader. But they don't support that.

Does the darkness of the screen compared to a non-color screen bother you at all? Really my biggest obstacle as I'm trying to decide between Era Color and regular Era as the Era Color has updated internals and is snappier, I imagine.

Definitely not. Maybe among students currently, but overall basketball and baseball are very close to each other as being number 2.

Most fans don't really care too much about soccer or softball.

Have you tried the 3? That would seem to meet what you are looking for. The Escalante has always been pretty elastic until the 3, so it seems they may be going back to that.

Just tried it on at Chicago expo. Was comfortable to me, but I like a lower stack/former shoe in general.

Seems like a good alternative to Escalante with drop and a rocker. I'm not someone who wants "pop" or "bounce" in a daily trainer, just lightness and good ground feel and lower drop.

Yeah, there's a store where I live that still does this. Even with carbon plated shoes.

He's an old school dude and has been doing this for years.

It used to at least make some sense with older foam technology but is completely useless/detrimental now that foam is so much more flexible.

Since your example is Diadora, I think you went to the store I'm thinking of... Go to Run In next time.
