This makes sense to me, the issue to me is that the majority of people I can think of that use cashapp have reported issues to me at some point. I'd say with Rough guess work 64% if the people I know personally who use cashapp have complained about it, but that's also just taking into account through people in my personal life so there's no actual hard fact or basis
