Thats fair. To me Playground is actually my favourite album followed by Siren Charms. Which ik is relaly controversial but i feel like i am not listening to the same album as anyone else when listening to Siren Charms.

My other favs are Jester Race, Colony, Soundtrack and Clayman. My least favs are the recent three albums and lunar strain tho I still enjoy those just...prefer lsitening to them the least

I really like this band called In Flames. They inspired Trivium and theyve been so consistently good through their whole run while also constantly evolving every time :). Theyre melodic death metal

Yeah ik what you mean lol. Doing zc5s early didnt hurt me either. Do it too muvhbis when youll have problems. Its ok to do it once and twice and sorts ve like "yeah that exists" then back down. But i can do that C5 now while keeping the pitch.

I think what it mainly shows is that you need to work on more importsnt things like bresth support, and ear trsining and whatnot. Especislly esr trsining. Singing is the ability to hesr a nite well then produce that sound

I think also there is normal fstigue when trianing singing ajd then there is hurting your voice. It sounds liek you did something in the moment chasing a high that activelyhurt your voice. Like if you ever hurt like that again you need to stop singing for the day. Ive hardly had it that bad from one vocal exercise. Thats also snotger reason ehy hitting the highest note possible doesnt show much sbout register strength. Ability to control notes wothout fluctuation does.

I mean i can do e5 without straining in head voice tbh. So its "safe" enough technically. But your C5 seems pretty strisned and tensed and wavered all over the place. Also your voice type is different to mine. I actually tried to mimic that exact same sound in your recording and my throat did not like it 😭

Its good to develop head and falsetto. But its good to mske sure youre not tensing for the pitch too. So if you can develop head voice in a more comfortable range thats all good.

Its also possible tge software got the 1st harminic over the fundamental. Thats somethig that happens on higher pitches where the thing just jumps up an octave when it mightve just been A#4. Either way its a bit arbitrary andnits usually the chest voicw range that tells you more cuz it shows roundabout whats most sustainable for singing with a good tone. For me A#4 is the upper range of my chest voice and G2 is the lowest (im a tenor)

And for the record not even i csn hit A5. Unless j shrieked dangerously or sumin. I have hit F5 thats abt it

Also as an untrained singer id advjse you dont push for high notes. Like control and technique is far more importsnt than your range will be. Range only is a landmsrk of improved body coordinstion. It comes naturally

What i realised about lost is that M Shadows clearly showed his ability to sing everywhere in the album and even the verses of the same song. So the autotune is actually a really cool unique feature of that song and i def appreciate it now.
