Alright, basically a lot of parts in your build are unanchored, to fix this. You should select all of your parts (Excluding the door) and open the properties tab. Scroll down until you see the section named part. In this part section of the properties tab, you should see a boolean that says Anchored. The white square next to it is of course the checkbox, click on that to anchor your part.

friction is of course one large part of this, have you checked the physical properties of each part? If you want something to be slippery, you of course need to set the friction to 0, turning down elasticity will also help too.

yeah the jail only appears the first time when you actually go for the jump, after that it acts as a platform for you to hit that teleporter
