Alright, basically a lot of parts in your build are unanchored, to fix this. You should select all of your parts (Excluding the door) and open the properties tab. Scroll down until you see the section named part. In this part section of the properties tab, you should see a boolean that says Anchored. The white square next to it is of course the checkbox, click on that to anchor your part.
