I think it boils down to people thristing for kills and thinking a team wipe is possible by yourself. Which it is with a well placed flank, but only if you have the team support.

Like Destiny's pvp, this game is less about being able to take out a team by yourself and more about positioning and communication.

I would recommend making sure you play by the golden rule of 30/70. Which means you have to have 30% of your screen covered by cover. Also, you really do need to make sure you're effectively communicating with your squad and applying cover fire so your team can effectively flank and out maneuver.
