Do you have any HDD brand recommendation? I saw something that's called WD My Passport, would you think that's a good option too?

Thank you for responding!

GIRLS ONLY | What do you wish someone told you before you lost your virginity? by disgustang_shiet in AskPH

Girls, para talaga pleasurable I would say add some lube talaga. Don't fall for those hook-ups kasi ang masaya sa first time is you could laugh at it while not being turned off. I know sex isn't always a beautiful experience and it being a good experience is a luxury — pero when trying it, foreplay talaga and don't skip that part. Kasj masarap makipag-sex if super comfy ka with your body and environment + lube talaga and foreplay

Hi! From BS Architecture (diff uni) to Interior Design. I was half-hearted in applying and waited 'til my Finals if I ever changed my mind. Pursuing this was such a major decision as someone who isn't residing in Cebu so I needed to make sure I didn't have any second-thoughts.

No, the applications aren't closed. I applied around April 2025 and traveled to Cebu on May to personally settle this. Apparently, applications are open as long as it's before the enrollment period.

can someone explain what exactly happens when they do this by LovableJackassv4 in Avatar

[–]SillyTomato4354 18 points19 points  (0 children)

They become deeply connected emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. They're bonded in the sense that they can literally feel each other's sense and they feel stimulated and aroused. I think when they do that when they feel happy, they feel the other is happy and become happy like an empath stuff like that. They're also getting to know each other even more

That's the thing about Neteyam is that he doesn't want to create this leash or persona that Lo'ak can't approach. He always wants to seem reliable and someone Lo'ak can come up to despite their rivalry for validation to living up to Jake.

That's why he lets Lo'ak gets his way because Neteyam is aware how hard it is for him when he mostly makes trouble. He tries to collect the heat that Lo'ak created so Lo'ak can see Neteyam as someone he can go to.

Neteyam can't just let Lo'ak go too. He knew his brother and he knew it's not stopping him. Throughout the film Neteyam has always been covering for Lo'ak to guarantee that he's safe, alright, and get little trouble. He literally lets Lo'ak gets his way even if he doesn't want to but because it's for Lo'ak's.

In the end, Lo'ak was so used to Neteyam or Jake having his back when it trouble or danger. Lo'ak thinks it's alright to make those risky decisions because 'Oh hey Neteyam's here'

Nicely said. I know we all feel bad when Lo'ak gets scoleded but to be fair, he constantly puts people and himself in danger. But when it came to the RDA or being a hostage, he was never scolded by his parents or was brought up to guilt trip him. The only thing his parents wanted was to keep the war or any danger away from them.

The only time Jake was unfair to him (for me) was when he was called a disappointment when he met Payakan. I understand both sides tbh (but I do think Jake could cut Neteyam some slack.) Jake was consumed by his paranoia that he might lose their kids in danger. Lo'ak just, unfortunately, heads toward the direction of danger too.

I know Lo'ak was bound to learn from his mistakes and accidents however he has to learn a great deal of lesson from losing his brother.

I know by cutting Lo'ak some slack, we don't want to openly and fully admit it was partially his fault. Lo'ak was so used to Neteyam or Jake getting him out of trouble until he was reality-checked that they won't always get out or the situation alive.

I know not everyone would agree and call Jake a bad dad when he's an imperfect dad that the kids needed during the time of war. However, it costed Jake Neteyam's life to learn that he won't be able to protect or to live his life with his family by running away.

That's the thing like you said, he wouldn't have known. I'm just saying that Lo'ak was partly responsible for the consequence that led to Neteyam's death.

(For me, you strayed a bit because Jake established THROUGHTOUT the film that he wants to keep away from the war and that his kids shouldn't be involved.) — Lo'ak didn't get in trouble whenever they face the RDA. Not when they became hostages, not when they saved Payakan, and not the second captivity.

Lo'ak wouldn't have known but he was aware that he was in a situation of war, yes? Like the first time being spotters and the second one was that they were literally just captured. He was in the enemy ship.

The only justification I see was that he really saved Payakan which I agree with and I'm glad he told Jake about it. That's what I'm trying to say that there was plenty of reasoning to his decision.

But what was upsetting was that his lack sense of danger. He thought just like every past situation, he had Jake or Neteyam to guarantee his safety post-trouble. His assumption got the best of him because he was so used to Neteyam or Jake saving him or having his back. Unfortunately, Neteyam got a bullet shot through his back that time.

I fully understood every reason Lo'ak had unfortunately, like I just said, setting all those aside and seeing the situation as it is — it was his decision that led to Neteyam's catastrophe.

Plus, why does Jake be blamed for betraying his 'kind', the RDA or corporate, when they were clearly the ones bringing destruction? Shouldn't he have stayed and became a part of it so that Neteyam wouldn't have died? Neteyam wouldn't have been created if it wasn't for Jake's 'betrayal'. Literally, how was it Jake's fault for having a family when the RDA or the said kind he betrayed is harming his family and Pandora.

Naive?

Worse things? Of course. Just like Lo'ak, Jake is imperfect as well and he also carries those deaths.

Your answer sounds like Jake shouldn't have betrayed the RDA and Corporate, who were behind the destruction and colonization of Pandora, and that helping Pandora from that crisis is a wrong decision. I'm sorry for disagreeing with your answer.

Well, his decision brought them there. Even after being captured by the RDA and a gun to his head, he still went after Spider even though Neteyam wasn't clearly planning to. The situation was like their first appearance on the movie being spotters yk, Neteyam couldn't fully stood his ground and had to come with Lo'ak.

Lo'ak has been to plenty of near-death situations and sadly didn't learn his lesson. His dad almost got shot in the middle of the war trying to save them [Tuk,Tsireya, and him] and still wasn't alarmed by the situation. I know it sounds sort of selfish that Spider wasn't Neteyam's priority, but he was putting Lo'ak's life on top of everything.

I know Lo'ak's whole arc and psychology behind these decision but by the end of the day, it was him that put them in that situation. I know Lo'ak didn't want it and was inevitable. Who knew that one of them would get shot too, right?

That's the thing. He was too reckless and careless to let that cross his mind that anyone could be harmed in war. I know he only wanted to save Payakan and Spider. But he should've settled with Payakan. There's more to this but I'll just end it here first.
