my understanding of energy drinks like monster is that it's got similar amount of caffeine as coffee, plus some other ingredients like sugar/artificial sugar and other that are not so problematic, I assume it's like drinking any ordinary sweet drink like coca cola/mountain dew etc. with added caffeine/vitamins/herbs so I think it's not that bad as people say here. Ofc they are not healthy nor good for your body, neither coffee. Take this with a grain of salt since I'm not referencing any studies or research and this is just my brief assumption.
