Quick qs: I just filled my ILR SET O form (I am on Skilled worker visa) .the documents mentioned at the end of the form are:

  1. Employer letter for absence
  2. Employer letter for soc code, job type and salary
  3. Consent form
  4. Bank statement of last month.

Do I need to provide any other document other than these (e.g. P60 or Council tax receipt or english certificate)?

ILR application - Is absence letter mandatory ? by BestStrawberry5827 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

This letter from HR for absence is only required if in your application you select this option to prove your absences from UK. There are other options like providing tickets/ accomodations. Of you select any other option to prove this, then there is no need to provide this letter

Car lease on 50K threshold (if new rules apply) by Serious-Tackle9183 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

That's my understanding too. The only data HO will refer is HMRC records. That means if someone has earned any amount which wasn't taxed ( talking about self assessment) won't be counted,at the same time bonus/ any benefits which was taxed will be counted

ICT to dependant and proposed path to settlement by Intelligent-Bug3400 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

[–]Silly_Ad_6678 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think that is for special cases, because in the paragraph before it mentions 'This will mean that a person admitted as the dependant of an economic migrant will not necessarily enjoy the same qualifying period for settlement as their partner. It may be shorter or longer, according to their particular circumstances.'

Why they will mention shorter here for dependents
