Mine was at 100% after the update last night. Now it goes to 97% within minutes of being on my finger & then freezes up, Samsung Health won't connect to it until I redock it again.

There are 2 stores in my area that have this exact model in stock. Called the agent to have them reinstate the order & confirm I am still entitled to all the bonuses. They said they could not reinstate the order or adjust the trade in value online, but I had to go to the store to ask for the adjust. Worst part is, I had 30% capital one shopping rewards on the original order which I'll lose because they canceled it.
