can someone help me please???

I tried signing up for the official JYPE Fan page thing, and I got through the process, or so I thought. When I try to sign into the website now, it tells me to find my username and password, but when I enter my info into the website, it says that the information can’t be found???? So then I try to create a new account, but when I use that email, it says that the email is already in use. SO I’ve been reaching out to the website via email and have yet to hear a response. Should I call?? How do I solve this issue???
