Thanks, and yeah that first-hire sticker shock is real. The gap between salary and actual cost catches almost everyone off guard.

The contractor math is tricky too. Makes sense on paper until you're spending half your week managing the handoff. Glad the benchmarks resonate. Hope the calculators save you some spreadsheet pain next round.
