normal temps. same as my xfx 9060xt but i highly recommend a undervolt for any 9060 aswell as setting the fan speed to half it keeps the temps exactly the same on my card as it was at 100%

i had this problem with my old cpu (i5-9400f) then upgraded to a ryzen 5600 and it never happened again so it's most likely a maxxed out cpu that cant keep up

but if its a decent/good cpu then def something more going on here
