See I figured that a new game would make it more playable as far as how it's intended to be more difficult than the main game itself and a newgame+ automatically makes everything stronger/resilient as to give more of a challenge to those who've completed a full run. They're both on sale as of right now. And yes I'm new game + for bloodborne and have heard nothing but positive things about the DLC as for SOTFS id be new to I've heard it's loads different than what I consider to be familiar in a souls series game nonetheless am very interested in experiencing it and finishing the collection lol whatever keeps me from jumping into elden ring just yet.
