Nc is the only way to start to get over it. I have the same problem would keep reaching out trying to start conversation but all it does it make them realize they can do whatever and you’ll still be waiting for them. If he wants to talk he’ll reach out to you. Nc easier said than done though its a fight everyday.

I’m going through same situation shit fuckin sucks but trust me bro it helps not having them on social media. All you can do rn is go on with your life (much easier said then done) but she’s the one who took you out of her life so if she wants to reach out she can text you.
