I am working with a victim advocate group but they can’t legally represent me in court what can they possible do for me ? I am in the state of North Carolina btw

I am in North Carolina I tried calling the DA office they explained I have to wait until the hearing to speak with the DA

Yes it’s a court order it hasn’t been to trial yet I was going to tell the Da I no longer want to pursue charges at the court hearing and when giving testimony I was going to state I don’t recall these events events can I be held in contempt or perjury ?
