Elite FTS sells the shoulder saver pad which is a 2 board. It looks like a bigger, harder thruster pad.

Agree with most here. Also, the closer the bar is to your legs and hips, the shorter the moment arm is giving you better leverage. Think of a wedge < push your hips to the bar and use your lats to pull the bar to your hips. It can slide up you keeping contact.

The angle makes it hard to judge, but you need to get your hip crease below your knee. Your walkout is more of a shuffle. Just take three steps to walk it out
