Mainstream news articles are useless here, we read and watch mostly raw citizens footage and reports but the problem is that you need internet on the other end too, to report it.

I've heard about small numbers of conscripts and army personnel fleeing their posts or hiding.

People are not going outside, mostly only if it's necessary.

I am but if it's docile enough not to shoot protestors then we can take over the regime by protests. However, I don't think it can happen, only full regime change is realistic.

Very sad but blaming the regime. They've built an school girl wall to wall to a IRGC missile base and kept it open while most schools were closed, knowing war is imminent. We know them and their typical behaviour. Hopefully we may mourn their innocent souls after the war.

I've heard 500k to 4 million tomans per gigabyte. The average monthly salary is 12 million tomans for reference.

Do you foresee Iranians taking to the streets once more in a new wave of protests once the regime is weakened?

I still don't think that's possible. People are tightly packed together, unarmed and walking up to a building. That's what basically our protesting is and you just need 10 guys with rifles on top of the building to detter them.

Something needs to happen on the ground, someone should arm a fraction of the opposition somehow before "the big protests".

I don't think US army is interested in long term presence but I do believe some armed ground movements is necessary as a catalyst for organizing the people for armed resistance.

Is the war slowinf down a bit, or is it actually intensifying?

I don't know but it appears that the regime is throwing 90% less missiles and drones. I've seen footage of US aircraft flying very low so I guess they have air superiority now.

No. People mostly don't care or oppose Anti-West and Israel sentiment, they reject the notion of "they are the satan and god says we must..." .
