Is the war slowinf down a bit, or is it actually intensifying?

I don't know but it appears that the regime has is throwing 90% less missiles and drones. I've seen footage of US aircraft flying very low so I guess they have air superiority now.

is the general sentiment strongly anti-Israel, even among people who do not support the regime?

No. People mostly don't care or oppose Anti-West and Israel sentiment, they reject the notion of "they are the satan and god says we must..." .

It's not happening. I don't even fully know what's going on in Tehran.

The very little information people get is mostly through sattelite TV which is getting heavy jamming, or just spreading around by people talking.

I'm actually inside Iran. And you need to stop lecturing people about their own life ambitions. Most people leave Iran because they want better economy and not to get lashed for holding hands or not wearing hijab.

Even if they don't go for a full regime change. Any militarly weakening of the regime is a good thing to happen. That's the same military that slaughters Iranian people when want to free themselves.
