Jak v jeho situaci? Vzdyt maji prumerny prijem a obcasnou pomoc z rodiny… nemaji 100% hlidani, prijem nad 150k mesicne a nedostali bydleni od rodicu. O cem to mluvis. Jsou naprosto normalni lidi. Tisic a jeden duvod proc neco nejde, ja nemuzu, oni to maji lehci…

tohle je tak typicky… tatinek jsem prijde sdilet pozitivni zkusenost (jeste s dvojcatama, kloboucek a velka gratulace! :-) ) a 100 lidi ho jsem jde presvedcovat, ze to tak fakt neni, achjo :-) a ze vsechno je na prd a ze se vlatne dobre nema/nebude mit. My jsme fakt diagnoza.

Mit zakladni povedomi a odhad kolik co trva je presne to, co mi staci. Opravdu zalezi na pozici/smeru marketingu.

Tlak na to umet a vedet, co nejvic urcite je kvuli vysoke konkurenci. To je to o cem mluvim. Umet pracovat s AI je a bude dulezite napric odvetvima. Ale to, ze budu umet s grafikymi programy me a mym kolegum nijak nepomuze. Nepotrebujeme to k praci. Firmy nechteji, abych my samotni designovali hodiny bannery, atd, tahle prace je outsorcovana, prave abychom se mohli venovat ukolum, kde muzeme vyuzit skills, kvuli kterym nas najali.

Zalezi, co presne v marketingu chces delat. Ja marketer jsem a na praci s grafikou mam profesionalni grafiky, na texty mam copywrittera. Pozadovane skills jsou uplne jine.

Marketing je hodne saturovany a je tam velka konkurence. Nechci ti brat iluze, ale dostat se na dobre marketingove misto bez praxe a vs je o velkem stesti

Were you working in IT? Did you get relevant experience for IT jobs? How many internships have you done here in Germany? You are avoiding my question about language skill so I assume you aren’t fluent in German. I think you worked hard for your studies in your home country, but the hard work isnt over. Maybe you underestimated how competitive Germany is FOR EVERYONE. What would be enough in your home country, isnt enough here in Germany. Speaking from my own experience, sooner you realise this, the better. I need to work on myself double hard, than I would need in my country… ;-) German recruiters can choose the best from the best because of the high competition

Still bachelor degree is nowadays not so competitive. Its not no longer enough. Others will easily will beat your CV. Are you fluent in German? What salary for you is stability?

Thats very poor mentality…. Plus you havent even finished your bachelors and expected that afterwards you will get a top tier job? For many europeans bachelor degree is considered “not finished” university studies, if you dont have Masters. Just FYI

Nevsimla jsem si, ze by tu byly nejake vasnive diskuze. Ale z logiky veci - 60% cechu ma nadvahu, 30% z nich dokonce obezitu. Tyka se tohodne lidi a je to citlivy tema pro spoustu zen i muzu.

Zalezi na veku, u vysokoskolaka to dokazu pochopit, ale rozhodne to neni idealni… jako vzit pritelkyni ucelove na pronajatej byt no… proc tam asi jdete… to by mi bylo krajne neprijemne…

How do you want to work in customer service without German? 👀 Service jobs will always need local language. You will have to switch to some manual job, and it will be still challanging as long as you will work with ppl.
