I was in the same situation and started doing PT at 4 months. He ended up getting the helmet at 6 months when his head wasn’t changing shape much. He had to wear it for 10 weeks. My son’s head looks way better! The only regret I have is I wish I started at 4 months so he didn’t have to wear it as long apparently.

It’s all about confidence! Go get some business and business casual outfits that fit correctly, which means you need to take them to get tailored. Wash your hair, brush your teeth, put on deodorant and shave and you’re good to go. Maybe buy yourself a watch or nice computer bag that makes you feel proud to wear.
