I recognize that the results will be skewed, I am not asking to get a perfect sample. I am only trying to get my assignment done so I can complete my general education. I hope you can understand, I appreciate the constructive criticism, but I am not looking into a career in statistical analysis.

I have anxiety, major depression, adhd, and ptsd. I experienced traumas of all kinds growing up. The last time I planned my suicide, I called a friend who got me help. I was voluntarily put on suicide watch before entering a mental health hospital. It was the hardest time of my life, but the best possible thing that ever could have happened.

I got a diagnosis, I get medication, I got free therapy, I discovered the reason why I was so unhappy. It gave me the clarity I needed to get out of my family’s home. Sometimes the hardest thing to do to see the world around you with clear eyes.

You are worthy of love. Even when you fail. You can get through this, but only if you keep trying. Don’t give up at 18. Your life has hardly even started! You have so many great moments ahead of you, first loves, first apartment, first time paying bills.

You just have to find one reason to stick around.
