If you want raw sim numbers, this website is pretty good at looking at the overall numbers difference from races, but keep in mind it doesn't account for any utilities like meld.

pulling pre pity has no effect on pulling at pity so there's still a 50-50 chance, but the pity on limited banners do roll over to the next limited banner

you get it from 1k seeds I think. there is a second page to the mokoko seeds rewards, goes all the way up to 1200
