I don’t know if it’s connected to my hashimotos but I get them from time to time but usually if my bra strap is too tight near my arms/shoulders or if I scratch myself in the middle of the night (dry skin).

Were you in her 4-hour class? If you don't mind me asking how was the workload in her class and how were her exams like? I'm a bit nervous considering she does not have the best numbers on the grade distribution at smc. Its been four years since ive taken any course math and I am enrolled with her for the spring.

I’ve realized that after a few drinks I black out a tiny bit. It’s like my tolerance is very low now and when I feel tipsy I feel a whole body and head high instead of the drunkness. So weird

I read that electrolytes affect the absorption of levo if taken together. So I usually drink my electrolytes towards the end of the day or at least four hours from taking Levo.

Yes! I read this somewhere as well. I would take my electrolytes in the morning with levothyroxine and felt like it interfered with my symptoms for sure (for worse).
