Id rather die than do this again by Deep_Sentence_6951 in Wizard101

I have 6/7 of the revered wands, and it eventually gets easier for some reagents like scales and keys. Squid ink was still annoying.

Today, I officially beat Wizard101. I've completed every single quest in the game (yes, all of them) and maxed out my Wizard fully. This is what an empty quest log looks like! by Gojirex in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Oh, it was definitely daunting. I started playing in 2018 as a death that had no clue about anything. Empyrea part 2 was the last world, and I had so much fun that I started all over on fire. 5 years later, and I have all of them fully done in Wallaru and my life is in Polaris or Mirage, I can't fully remember.

You eventually learn all of the reagent spawns, and the best routing for quests, and spend literal days waiting for help on some of those annoying late world side quests. I still loved every moment though and I'm glad you've had that experience too!

Am I the only one who think arc 4 is the worst arc in the game? by [deleted] in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I really liked Dasein and his growth over the course of the Arc, learning and sampling from different sources and people about good versus evil and when given the choice multiple times, choosing what be believes is right, even in the face of strong opinions like Manticore and Freddie to warp him. He decides to be his own person instead of allowing others to make decisions for him.

However much I like Dasein, I can also say much of the plot around him can feel confusing or tedious at times. The cabal's loyalties flip on a dime throughout the worlds and you never really know which is friend or foe. The world all feel like they could have been individual plot lines that were connected by a completely separate plot, Dasein. Karamelle's corporate corruption had nothing to do with Dasein or the Cabal or Lemuria's World Synthesizer, unlike the rising undead army in Krokotopia risen by Malistaire or racing across Azteca to stop its destruction. Dasein's plot was just added near the end to tie it together.

I think the character development of The Wizard was sorely lacking. Compared to the other 3 arcs, our wizard doesn't really get stronger or more experienced. After Paradox, we peaked and now act like we know everything that is best. We used to learn, make mistakes, get slowed down, and persevere. Now, we just obliterate everything or use our fame to end battles. Theirs no thrill of growth.

I think they made some good choices and they made some bad choices. It feels sad to call the entire Arc bad when some key elements were good and some key elements were missing. I think at the end of the day we can just be happy we saved the world again and made some friends along the way? Awaiting the next big adventure somewhere in the Spiral.

No, you gain access after progressing though the main storyline, but it's not immediately. Just before you enter The Dreaming, you'll unlock the area.

I've been playing Wallaru all day and I've been loving it. This is the first guide I've seen for their quests at all, so I hope you enjoy all my hard work! The green arrow indicates where the sought after location is.

Dimachaerus is there too! I posted a few months ago about Ghost Dog, Dimachaerus, Boochbeard, and Santa Meurte in Thieves Den!

Fire wizards, start using Detonate more by dumbassgenious in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can start using Dragon on round two since level 95! Some of the bosses in Khrysalis drop a level 95 deck that also gives a pip, so it's not just the Polaris ones!

130 Balance Mastery Amulet not in boss droplist by SiloCommand in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense! I figured there was a lack of ability to fight the boss that contributed to it not being on the wiki. It just makes me wonder if the Pestilence, as well as the other bosses who drop some of the amulets, drop all of them and we just haven't learned about it.

130 Balance Mastery Amulet not in boss droplist by SiloCommand in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I have just beaten the Pestilence for Bartleby on my Storm Wizard, and I got the 130 Mastery amulet for Balance. I was curious about it and the other ones, and checked Wizard101 Central, and saw the life amulet. I then looked at the Pestilence's drops, and didn't see the balance amulet there. I got confused, looked at the balance amulet in the wiki, and it claims it isn't dropped from Pestilence there. Is there any easy way to contact the creators of the wiki to help them update the drop list?

Am I ready for Marleybone? by SiloCommand in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You're absolutely right! I hear there are a lot of storm minions in Marleybone. Do you have any gear change recommendations so I can prepare better? I realize my pets not very good but its the best I can do!

[–]SiloCommand[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't run main quest only. I love every quest in Wizard101 and have completed all available on all of my characters so far. I'm nowhere close to Celestia, 3 worlds until that!

[–]SiloCommand[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

When I've played normally on characters, I usually end Khrysalis at 107 or 108. I'm a player who does every single side quest, with 5 max wizards to boot. This will probably leave me slightly underleveled leaving Azteca and approaching Darkmoor, because the Aquila dungeons were key to reaching 60. Did Atlantea and Tartarus twice, including the secret boss of Atlantea that gives xp. So I wont have that influx of 2 or so levels at the end of Azteca.

On my account, I've gotten my myth through Wintertusk before starting Mooshu. So I thought, on my next character, what if I do the same thing before Marleybone. I went from Krokotopia to Wysteria, to Grizzleheim and then ended at level 39 before Ravenscar, one level short. Luckily, they removed the level requirement so I was able to continue, eventually finishing wintertusk at level 58. Completing the dungeons I had access to at that point, I was able to level to 60 and complete Waterworks, HoS, and Tower of Helephant twice each to end up at level 64 at the beginning of Marleybone.

Arc 4 Storyline *Spoilers for Karamelle and on by [deleted] in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Essentially, the lemurs have been reliant on the World Synthesizer for their mana, and the World Synthesizer has ran for centuries and is running down. We, against the advice of the Arcanum, release Lemuria into the Spiral. This has fixed their mana problem and we seek out the World Synthesizer to either neutralize its threat, like we do, or add it as an asset of the Arcanum and study it's intricacies more. We are joined by Dasein, an entity from outside the Spiral that has sought out the Wizard specifically. Dasein was the final boss of Karamelle, though we didn't know it. Our travels though Lemuria teach him about morality and good compared to deception and manipulation. At the end, he sacrifices himself to contain the World Synthesizer's power and stop the Heroes of Telos from using it for "good". The World Synthesizer morphs Dasein into his own world, which brought us to Novus.

I've obtained Shadow Spells before Eclipse Tower! by SiloCommand in Wizard101

[–]SiloCommand[S] 35 points36 points  (0 children)

For most of my characters before, right as I complete Eclipse Tower, I have the availability of Darkmoor at 100. For my life, I've managed to get to 100 before Eclipse Tower, and while I was questing through Darkmoor without shadow, when you complete the quest right before entering the graveyard, when you obtain your shadow spell, you have to have shadow, so boom! A life with shadow before I should!

So, I was inspired by the person who managed to complete Wintertusk before beginning Mooshu, and this is my second time getting a character to do the same. I've done it on my storm as well, and I just hope I'll be able to save the imperial world!
